I qualified as a Sports Therapist in 1990 and have been self-employed ever since.
I have a passion for health and marvel at the wonder of how the body moves and functions.
I've always loved being active, from the days of aerobics and ankle-warmers to today's Cross Fit, Pilates and Circuit Training.
Running provides me with the space I need to recharge and it's something I've always been able to fit around family life whether as part of a club or on my own.
A wife and mother of two teenage boys, I have enjoyed participating in as well as watching numerous sports including squash, badminton, swimming, golf, football, cricket, rugby and weight-lifting but my focus has always been on paying more attention to the bio-mechanics than who scored the goal!
