With gyms and clubs currently closed, many of you may have taken up or become more focused on jogging and running. This is a great way to improve and maintain fitness but some of those aches & pains might be more than the inevitable consequence of working muscles hard; it may be that your form could benefit from some running coaching.
Although I can't currently offer any 'hands-on' treatment, I can, through a process of observation and demonstration, help you avoid putting unnecessary strain on your joints & muscles so that you can go further, faster and remain injury-free.
Even under lock-down conditions, we can work on this as part of your recommended daily exercise routine in Littlehampton, Rustington and surrounding areas, whilst of course complying with social-distancing guidelines.
Whether you're just starting out, part way through a Couch to 5K program or an experienced runner looking to improve that PB, I can help develop your technique, speed & endurance and, crucially, to minimise the risk of injury and permanent damage.
Why not give me a call today to discuss your needs. I recognise that times are tough just now and so I am, for a limited period, offering a substantial discount on my normal coaching rates for runners.
"...every time I try to run, I get injured..."
"...my body just isn't designed for running..."
"...someone told me running is bad for my knees..."
"...I've tried running but I just can't catch my breath..."
Stop looking like you're just moving quicker.
Start looking like a runner.
